The brilliant contrast between clear icy water and the raw river stone has been highlighted in this piece. Further due to the historic availability of copper carbonate most of the ancients used copper in their clay traditions.
Karachi Series platters have been inspired by the the uniqueness of karachi- a giant metropolis over wrought by neglect, political turmoil and violence. ruled by mafias…land, water, political etc. The karachi series aims to document this specific predicament along with highlight the mental and resilient nature of its resident…the karachiite!!!!!
